Mattress is becoming worse for usages in the last 6 months, now it is not usable and causing back pain to me and my wife. I request you return this mattress as it is covered under warranty for 24 months. - sagging is more than one inch. - it is completely deformed in the middle, having a groove, which makes it not usable.
