I have placed an order worth Rs. 13489 last night (14th October 2016) and paid in advance. I realized that I ordered wrong dimension after placing the order and noticed that I could not cancel the order. I called up the customer care as soon as I can ( after 9 am on 15th October 2016 )as per their timing. They said there is no way that the order can be cancelled even though it is less than 14 hours and even though the shipping is not yet initiated.
This is exploitation and should be dealt with seriously.

Updated by Saloni Ghosh No cancellation policy is no where highlighted in the product description page. Instead pepperfry mentions this to misguide customers.
