[Resolved] Pepperfry — order cancellation within 24 hours

I placed an order last evening (16 June, 2019)
I wanted to cancel immediately. But they don't have the option so I waited till 10 am 17th June. To call them, they say that they do not have a cancellation policy. I don't want the product.

I just want my refund to be processed to my initial mode of payment so I can buy something I really need and when I need it. Not 20 days after placing an order

Pepperfry Customer Care's response Hi Jayesh! We are sorry to inform you that we will not be able to assist you in case of a cancellation request as per companies policy for the cancellations.
