Pepperfry — Order delivery delayed

I have Ordered a liva coffee table and my order number is[protected]. My order is stuck in the Mumbai warehouse for the last 8 days and there is no update from Pepperfry regarding my order delivery. The customer care team tell me to wait for 48 hours each time I call them.
