[Resolved] Pepperfry — order id[protected] not delivered | |||||
I have ordered a three seater sofa on 9th september 2019. It's not delivered yet. It's worth 16k. There is no proper notification about the shipment location. Still shows the order is placed in app. The customer care person is providing the false promising dates everytime i consult them. They have no idea where my product is. The response is inappropriate.
