[Resolved] Pepperfry — order number[protected], ren six door wardrobe | |
Due date of of product delivery was 22 august. But when the product was not delivered on due date i contacted customer care .they told me the product has been damaged and they can't deliver it.so i asked for refund but they are not telling me the status of refund. Untill now they have not initiated refund. Moreover the status of the product is still showing shipped. They haven't even cancelled the product. From last 4 days i am continuously calling them 3-4 times a day. They replied their senior mr.mayank will contact you shortly but no one contacted. Every time i have to elaborate the whole thing and everytime they gave the same answer our senior mr.mayank will call u shortly. I have made more than 10 calls in last 4 days and got the same answer.
