Hello Team,
I had placed order on 14th and 18th Oct, the tracker shows no progress until today 23th oct, unable to contact the company, emails went unanswered in the provided complaint email id. There are no details shared about the company, people dealing with complaints are not reachable, things are very vague. Upon calling the customer care (sometimes says doesn't exist)- which was horrible experience - they kept repeating same lines that they wont cancel, they wont refund, product will be delivered an they cant help with anything else, they didn't even transfer the call to the supervisor, didn't register my complain.
Due to their unprofessional behaviour and shady profile, I would like to lodge a complaint here and could like to request the team to help us with the order cancellation/refund please.
Kindly help us get the refund.
