[Resolved] Pepperfry — Order yet not received | |||
I had ordered a product on the 16th of oct. Its the 11th of nov today. My product has still not been delivered. When i send a mail to the customer care, they always have a standard reply, that the matter would be escalated, but it never happens. When i call customer care, they say just wait for 2 more days. 1st the reason was that the order was procured late from the vendor and now the reason is due to diwali they have a backlog! I have been calling them almost evry 2 days, but they have a different reason evrytime. Which co takes more than a month to deliver a order? False commitments-false claims- worst experience- no proper assistance from customer care. Made a blunder ordering from pepperfry, wont repeat again ever.!Strong text Was this information helpful? | |||
