[Resolved] Pepperfry — order#[protected] received incorrect size

I ordered an exhaust fan. But i have received a wrong size of the product. I ordered 230mm size exhaust fan but received 300mm size fan which cannot be fitted at my exhaust vent.
Still the product link says its 230mm size

So i raised a return request to pepperfry however i got a reply saying everything as per product description and as per policy. Really upset with the way it was handled. Waste of time and money...

My issue was resolved to my satisfaction. Product was return picked up and made full refund today. Pepperfry contacted me asking for more details on the issue. I explained with the issue and provided images as well. They agreed to take the product back and issue full refund. All communication came directly from the office of CEO from pepperfry. I really appreciate team for handling the genuine request. I still love to shop from pepperfry for their quality, best packing and fast delivery. Keep going!!!

Placed an order 30 mins back and after placing realized that it wont get delivered at right place though I mentioned address on sotr

The order is not even shipped and change the delivery address at an additional charge. Very poor service. Highly not recommend. Stay away I have spent 1, 40, 000
