Pepperfry — Part(Cloth hanging rod) missing from the wardrobe ordered. | |||
I ordered a crystal furnitech wardrobe from pepperfry on 27th November. It was delivered on 29th November and assembled by the pepperfry carpenter who informed me that cloth hanger was missing from the wardrobe and said that he has raised a complaint and I will get a message within hours about the delivery of missing parts. I have not received any communication from pepperfry yet. I called the delivery executive who in extreme haste had delivered the product and he told me to resolve this issue myself (Such bad customer service) I have tried to raise complaint from their app but it does let me, I tried calling them but call didn't connect. Please let me know what has to be done more. This is pathetic customer service. It's better to buy from shops. Was this information helpful? | |||
