[Resolved] Pepperfry — pathetic return policy

I ordered a prestige sandwich maker with griller. They supplied me only sandwich maker and denied the return. I followed up n no. Of times but did not get any response. They have pathetic after sales service. They supply the faulty product and then deny return. They are big cheat. Never buy anything from them.
Anybody has any idea how can i complain to their higher ups.?
