Pepperfry — pathetic service, substandard quality | |||
I bought a bed from pepperfry, after 15 days a defective product was delivered to me. The delivery guy refused to take it back and dumped the defective bed at my place. When i called the customer centre they asked me to share images and said would get back in few days. The bed and the mattress is occupying one entire room in my house and even after calling the pepperfry team multiple times to atleast get it assembled so that it looks good in the house, the unprofessional team choose not to answer my calls and kept disconnecting my calls. Every time i called with unknown numbers they mentioned they would come in a few hours but never visited. This is the worst ever service provider i have ever encountered. They have my hard earned money and all i have in return is a dump o[censored]seless bed and mattress occupying one entire room in my house Was this information helpful? | |||

I had purchased a wall unit from Pepperfry. Com and a supply with top crack was from them. After I contacted they send the carpenter / engineer and validate it. There after they were silent and no action was taken from there end.
