[Resolved] Pepperfry — Payment successful but Order Cancelled

I placed an order with Pepperfry App on 30th Jan 2022. Amount of Rs.6010 was paid from my PayTM wallet. The Pepperfry App shows that payment has failed and hence order cancelled. As per PayTM this transaction is successfully completed and amount forwarded to the merchant. Unfortunate part is that Pepperfry customer services is not at all courteous and is not helping in tracing the payment made which might have hit their suspense account.

Dear Pepperfry Team,

Order number is[protected]. Payment details enclosed. You need to trace my PayTM payment of Rs.6010/- received on 30th Jan 8.52pm with PayTM transaction id [protected]. May be this is lying in some suspense account as it has not got mapped against my order. Please check this in your finance accounts reconciliation of payments received but order number not available.
