[Resolved] Pepperfry — [pepperfry.com] incorrect product, refusing to cancel, unethical behaviour

Hi,
I have placed an on order on pepperfry today 15/01/2020, however immediately after placing the order, i see that the order page is showing incorrect product. When spoken to customer care, they are refusing to cancel the order.
Customer care is of no use, as they keep repeating that they have no cancellation policy.
I would like to cancel the product as it s of no use to me now.

Pepperfry Customer Care's response Dear Deepan, we are a marketplace company and provide our merchants a platform to sell their products. Hence, we do not accept cancellation once the order is placed. However, if you share the order details we will check with the merchant for possible options and revert you soon.
