Pepperfry — Pepperfry converted my refund amount partial to emi and remaining amount not refunding on cancellation of the product

I have ordered an product kuruma 2 door wardrobe with order no[protected]. Later I cancelled the order die to quality issues.I have payed full amount and opted for monthly emi.When cancelled, emi should be cancelled and full amount should refund.But pepperfry has not cancelled my item fully.Intead it cancelled partially and it opted for partially emi and full amount not refunded to me. when I contacted customer care, they are telling one story daily.

I want full refund my order.
