[Resolved] Pepperfry — pepperfry didn't deliver my product after one month

I have order one item (Order id:[protected], pepperfry) on 5th aug 2017 and still they didn't deliver my product.
I have given several complaints regarding the same with their customer care (Wc[protected], ph[protected], wc[protected], ph[protected], ph[protected] but still they didn't resolve it.

I want they should penalize for such fraud, it as really disturbing and felt harassing.
Its for the second time they are playing with me.

They have delivered the product after 3 days. Got call from CEO office, he was sorry for such a late. got mail from the CEO office too ([email protected]).

Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Pepperfry Customer Care's response Apologies for the less than satisfactory experience.

At Pepperfry, we do not intend to upset our customers at any given moment. This maybe a one off case, wherein, the order has been delayed to such an extent. Having said that, we would positively work on it, so that such instances are not repeated in near future.
As discussed, we would get the product delivered on 8th-Sep-17, as we have communicated with the respected delivery heads, and we would ensure closure on the said order.
