Regards, Team Pepperfry Mar 25, 2022 Updated by Mukesh Burad The complaint is not resolved but still it is showing as resolved. Why? Order was placed using credit card and then order is cancelled and the refund is made to Pepperfry Wallet instead to credit card from which the payment is actually made. Moreover, the pepperfry wallet does not allow us to withdraw the wallet balance. This is not acceptable and hence the wallet application should be cancelled and put fine and penalties on pepperfry.
