Pepperfry — Pepperfry is not returning my mattress which is in very bad shape

I need to return the mattress purchased by me cumulus orthopaedic reversible queen size as it has given me serious back issue and i have got the problem pf L4 and L5 gaping in my spinal nerve .

Please return my mattress as soon as possible . I have paid a hefty amount of money on the mattress and it gave me an illnesses of spinal nerve in my back .

I am sharing with you the images. Hope you you can understand this problem suffered by me and return this product which is not at all worth for me .
