Pepperfry — Pepperfry never say "sorry, this is our fault" | |||||
I ordered 'mango wood room divider' which price was over rs.14000 through pepperfry website. Delivery man sent the message, 'delivery will be done on thursday'. So i replied to him by sending the message, 'please delivery it on saturday'. So delivery man said that he would do. But after that day, on friday, i got one message that 'delivery is completed on friday morning' from pepperfry. I was so embarrassed and called pepperfry cs team. That team said delivery was done on friday morning on the sw even though client said "i didn't get any product!". People can do mistake. They should have said "sorry to give you inconvenience. Delivery mistake is all our fault". Delivery is pepperfry's fault not customers! The one thing i made mistake to pepperfry was paying the money to them in advance. Don't use pepperfry. From now, i didn't get back any product and my money at all. They just said again "did you get your product? I can see that record on my sw". What a ridiculous mention from them!
