Hi Team, I had ordered a 2 seater sofa and got it delivered on 31st of july. I got a call from the carpenter after 1days for the assembly request. I had informed the carpenter that there is a small gap in the sofa. He told me that he will update it to pepperfry and he said ill get a call. since i haven't got any call i had to raise a new case.
Now i am getting a response that this product is delivered on 31 and issue was raised on 15th of Aug which is 15 days after delivery and it is not covered under return policy and this product cannot be replaced.
If that is the case Why Pepperfry sent carpenter to repair. and if it is not covered under 7 days return policy, why did carpenter come and damaged the product.
I also got a call from the manager and he is saying that complaint raised via carpenter will not be considered as he do not work for pepperfry and for me He is part of pepperfry company .Could you please fix this issue.
