[Resolved] Pepperfry — pepperfry - providing products at just double price in covid situation and delaying shipment and not providing refund as well | |||
Hi, I have ordered one chair and one table worth rs 13834 on 19th march. But due to covid situations, the shipment is getting delayed and delayed. Pepperfry should provide refund for the products which they are not deliver on time as done by other e-commerce companies. It does not make sense to block the money as well as not providing the product. There is no cancellation policy available even in this hard covid times.
