[Resolved] Pepperfry — poor quality product received and refund denied | |||
Hello, I recently Purchased Frestol Blue Cleaning Mop with Steel Filter from Pepperfry.com. This Product is having very poor quality as per price I given. This product was not specified how much water capacity it will store and when I open it, I saw that it has no much water capacity to store. Its handle for carrying bucket is again very thin, it can break any time when we lift a bucket. I am totally dissatisfy with their product and when I initiated refund request, they denied by saying product has no missing part. So according to pepperfry, Product quality doesn't matter. Apr 24, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved I needed to apply return request 2-3 times and sent faulty screenshots, then they agreed to give me refund and accepted that that product was faulty. Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
