[Resolved] Pepperfry — poor quality product received and refund denied

Hello,
I recently Purchased Frestol Blue Cleaning Mop with Steel Filter from Pepperfry.com.
This Product is having very poor quality as per price I given.
This product was not specified how much water capacity it will store and when I open it, I saw that it has no much water capacity to store.
Its handle for carrying bucket is again very thin, it can break any time when we lift a bucket.

I am totally dissatisfy with their product and when I initiated refund request, they denied by saying product has no missing part.

So according to pepperfry, Product quality doesn't matter.

I want my refund, what should I do?

I needed to apply return request 2-3 times and sent faulty screenshots, then they agreed to give me refund and accepted that that product was faulty.

Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by sejaltanna Pepperfry is not giving any response. I have tried to inform them this product is not usable because we can not carry it with its handle. When we carry it, it rotates slant and water is getting out from bucket and falls on floor.
We are not able to move bucket through its handle from one place to another place. You can see photos. My order is[protected].
