I ordered a product from Pepper fry last month. On surfing through the website of the Vendor for other similar products I found out that the same product was available for a much lesser value at the Vendors own website. On calling Pepperfry they verified and confirmed my claim. They also said that the additional charge would be refunded to my account but that has so far turned out to be a false promise. Every time I contact them for the status, their standard response is "We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused to you. We understand there is an unexpected delay in resolving the issue. We wish to inform you that your response has been forwarded to the relevant team who is already working on the case."
