[Resolved] Pepperfry — product is showing delivered but not received product

I have ordered one dinning table on 27 august 2018. It was showing ordered will deliver you before 18 september 2018. Suddenly 12 september 2018 one mail came product already delivered. I am staying in hyderabad. I didn't get any call or any message. While contacted to the customer service they told me, we 'll take 3-5 days to check. Till now, i am not getting my ordered product nor money. While contacting the customer care, they are telling, we'll update you. But from their side they haven't called me or message me once also. They are not replying with proper information also. While asking my money back also they are telling not refund my money only telling, give me some time, we'll get back to you.

I hav been returned the product of my queen size bad on august.. on august 31 they have initiated refund but till now i didn't get any refund amount i have been calling pepperfry for 5 to 6 times but still their is no solution for my case if i didn't get the refund amount i file a complaint in consumer court against pepperfry
