I have ordered an AC Blanket from pepperfry on 16th august for which i prepaid the amount, i didn't receive any information about shipment further on calling customer service they said item is not delivered, refund it, but i didn't get the refund, on 3rd october emailed a complaint to customer service for that i received answer it will be resolved in 24 hours, but not done so far.my order id is Order #[protected].
