Pepperfry — Product not delivered due to damage in transit, but order status shows Delivered

I ordered a product from Adyar(Chennai) Pepperfry Studio on 9th August 2023 Rs.22, 999

It was supposed to be delivered on 25th August 2023, but no delivery happened. There was no message or email or call from Pepperfry saying why the product was not delivered. After multiple calls to the studio, customer care, etc. I was told that they are trying to track the courier company since they dont know. Then again after making several calls, I was told that the product is damaged and cannot be delivered. I asked to cancel the order immediately. Pepperfry did not cancel my order. They also did not deliver the product, but they conveniently marked the status as delievered, just to close the case. I have made around 50 calls to their customer care, different Pepperfry studios, the main Adyar Studio(the representative, Ancy, who created the order doesnt answer my calls and the rest of the people in the studio say they don't know anything and that Ancy has gone on leave and so cannot help). No one knows anything, every customer care person says Adyar studio is only responsible for this order and they cant do anything. I have emailed [protected]@pepperfry.com several times, but I have had no resolution till date. Can someone please help me to either cancel my order and get refund or at least deliver a new product.
