[Resolved] Pepperfry — Queen size bed -delievered with missing parts

I bought a queen size bed online from pepperfry in Dec. The carpenter who came to assemble it informed us that some parts were missing and assembly could not be completed. It has been almost a month and we have been following up continuously with the company but have no resolution. Neither the remaining parts have been delivered nor the bed assembly is complete. Customer care team has no appropriate response, they just keep asking us to send mails again & again.

We got call back from Pepperfry customer care & the missing parts were delivered. Next day the carpenter visited to install it.

Updated by Neha Saurav Gupta Hello, I have not yet heard anything from your team, even called customer care couple of times but I never get a call back. It has been almost a month to this issue, i request you to close it in the coming week positively. I will be travelling out of Mumbai after 7th Feb and then everything will be struck for amonth. My biggest worry is that when I will come back the standard response I will get from your team is that there is no open ticket / query on this order.
