Pepperfry — received damaged item | |||
Pepperfry promotional credits. Its a marketing strategy that they allow you to purchase any item using credits and they somehow make sure that item doesnt reach you in good condition, thereby not giving you credits back nor replacement. Order ID[protected] and Order ID[protected]. All customer service rep are rude saying its how the company policy is. When asked either of below request they deny for all resolutions. 1.Arrange a replacement item OR 2. Arrange a full amt refund to pepperfry wallet OR 3.
