Iam very frustrated with your service i have still not got any updates on return of my product

You people send me a wrong product and whenever i call customer service they just tell they will get update and today the customer service agent says we can give you compensation of 1200 and u keep that product.

Its such ridiculous of you guyz

I want the product i ordered or my money back
