Pepperfry service has become worst. I receive a broken dinner set in sep 7, 2017. A refund was requested on sep 8, 2017. Till date everytime we call they pacify and do not refund the money. Item no. Sku: kd1464245-s-pm14902

Mr. Vipul chauhan and mr. Abhishek pathak customer care officers just sleep on the problems asking their juniors to deal with issues.
