Email [protected]@pepperfry.com Dear team, This is in reference to my order id:[protected] on m/s pepper fry, mumbai The online ordered item is described as “stainless steel insulated hot and cold sipper water bottle”. Anyone would understand it as a stainless steel water bottle. Please note the vendor has made no mention of plastic bottle. Please have a look at the photograph attached of the item, which was delivered to me. It has a plastic bottle inside and has only a cover of stainless steel.in effect, it is a plastic bottle covered by a stainless steel cover only. I am not interested in water stored in a plastic bottle with only a cover of stainless steel. Thus, it is mislead and wrong description. Thus, i am compelled to return the items. I would like to return the items and get refund of the amount. In this regard, 1) i had sent emails to [protected]@pepperfry.com. 2) i had spoken to them on[protected].
