Pepperfry — Refund of the product | |||
We ordered a floor lamp from Pepperfry. We saw the delivery person brought the item on moped placed horizontally. After receiving the item we got to know that it is broken. It's been 10 days, no is coming to pick the item. Executive keeps telling that the merchant is not receiving calls. What are we suppose to do in this situation. Pepperfry should show some professional behaviour as we have trusted and purchased from Pepperfry. We need refund for the product. Was this information helpful? | |||
