- I had ordered a chair from them on 5th May 2021, which in the first place took over 20 days to deliver, which in itself was surprising but I was okay considering the pandemic restrictions.
- Not even a day after the assembly, the hydraulic part of the chair that is used to adjust the height stopped working. The chair height reduces as soon as one puts weight on that.
- Once I booked a service request for that, the carpenter gave a visit in 3-4 days and he concluded that the part needs a replacement.
- Post that the replacement of part took another 20+ days. They never replied to any calls or emails or anything. Calling their customer care always said that would schedule a call back which never happened.
- Given all this, finally, a carpenter gave a visit and again concluded that the chair can't be fixed and should be sent for return. By this time, additional issues were coming up with the product as well, like the fabric of the chair coming off.
- Left with no option I had to put a request for return the chair and following the old habit they took over 10 days again to pick the chair.
- Finally, the chair was picked on 29th June 2021 and the person asked that I can expect a refund in the next 7 to 8 working days.
- To date, I haven't received any refund or follow-up from them. I have tried to reach them via all the methods possible, customer care number, email, even written to them on Linked In. but no good.
- I request to please conclude the refund process for my request as soon as possible.
