I placed an order for chair Venus Breathable mesh ergonomic chair on June 27, 2023, Order ID:[protected]. The product was delivered on July 2, 2023. The same day i raised a request for replacement of the product as it was very uncomfortable and not up to the mark for the amount I paid. It was not even reclining properly. I complained and reached out to customer care multiple times for replacement or refund. But they did not replaced the product, nor provided the refund. According to them the chair was good, even when i was not comfortable with the product. They did not consider any of my request. I sent them videos in which i showed them that the chair is not reclining properly and it is very uncomfortable. Even after several emails, calls and follow ups, no resolution was provided to me . I request you to get me refund, consumer said that he raised return policy consumer wants refund of the product as soon as possible
I raised a complaint in NCH also and still same pathetic responses.
Its been almost 3 months from the date i received the order and still the company is not refunding my money.
Next step is consumer court. This kind of service is completely unacceptable from Pepperfry.
