[Resolved] Pepperfry — Refused to return damaged product and refund money | |
Order no:[protected] 3rd July: Pepperfry delivered a damaged product and I raised a return request on the same day. 4th and 5th July no progress. 6th July: I called Pepperfry customer care and got to know that the return request was closed from backend and then I raised the request again. 7th, 8th, 9th July: I called every day. Some days twice, to know the status. I got message with a pickup agent’s number. When I called him, he refused to come and pickup. Nothing proceeds further. 10th July: first pickup deadline crossed and pickup of the damaged product didn’t happen. 11th July: I get a call from CEO’s team that 12th July the product will be picked up. 12th July: the product didn’t get picked up and the 2nd deadlined crossed. No money refund has been initiated even after several calls and emails and social media posts. Vishal from CEO’s team seems to handle it. It seems like this whole return policy is a hoax. I want my money back. Don’t buy from Pepperfry online. Was this information helpful? | |
