This is with regards to the furniture taken via online from Pepperfry. We had bought Calleros Chaise Lounger on Nov 2021. Recently observed that one of the leg of the sofa is broken and need repair. It's been 10 days and Pepperfry is one of the worst customer care support I have got. Neither there is any number i can get in touch with nor none of the technician or Carpenter is visited even after providing all details of the damage. None of them want to take any responsibility to get the repair done.
