I'm a regular customer buying products from pepperfry.com. The thing that drives me to buy the product is the 30 day return policy that the website promises. As they say, order and if you dont like we take it back. But this time it was not the case. I ordered this product, details provided below Product - "Classic Style Bean Bag with Beans in Purple N Black Colour by Sattva - XL " Purchase Date and time - 7th February 2016, 01:04:42 IST I wanted a refund and I applied for it in the website. In few days I got a call from customer care, and to my surprise the guy talking =to me was never listening to me, he was keeping on getting in the middle and was planned not to give a refund to me. He just mentioned everything from their end is fine and they cant give a refund for the product. With this regard, I just dont find a way rather than raising a complaint in Consumer court and as much as possible tell other in Social media about how bad the Service is from Pepperfry. Now I had clearly mentioned the representative that I'm not satisfied with the product, but they are not ready to give me a refund on the product I bought. The website now posts info like this and tried to cheat the customers. Pretty bad on the company to cheat customers.
