Item - beige fabric shade tripod floor lamp with brown base by craftter

I have placed the return request on 27 aug 20, however till date my item has not been picked up by rep. No one has contacted me. Kindly get the item picked up as it was received in damaged condition.
I have uploaded the photographs of the damaged item as per your return policy.

Kindly do the needful as i don't want the damaged product and refund me my amount.

Please update me on the same.
