I had purchased Bliss 6 Seater RHS Sectional Sofa in Black & Grey Colour. Order No.[protected]. Only some part of the Product is delivered on: 8th December 2021. I have contacted customer care of Pepperfry. They requested me to wait for 48 hrs so that they can check with the warehouse team. Again contacted customer care, they advised me to wait for another 48 hrs. After, some days I call the customer care they again told me that
I better return the product as the merchant is not responding their email. As advised by them, I have requested them for refund and they told me that their team will up the product. But till today no one is turning up for picking up the item.
I want to return the product and want a refund in my account.
Pepperfry not responding to my phone call.
Please help me.
