Pepperfry — Return Request

We have ordered a product which is too lengthier than its appearance in the image.
Product was 1.5 seater width but it is more than that currently. Although we have requested for return, executive was rude to accept the complaint and acknowledge.
We have ordered on Jan 23rd and it has been delivered on Feb 5th, we denied to assemble as its too big.

How much time do you guys need? Neither your customer support is proper nor here. Is this how you work?

Without solving issue, what ever they want to say, they said and closed ticket.
