[Resolved] Pepperfry — return request closed without customer confirmation | |||||
I got a stigen solid wood king size cot from PepperFry on 23rd. I raised a return request for that product the same day because of few issues(joints have variable gaps, scratches, etc). I was assigned a carpenter to fix the issue on 25th and with no luck the carpenter confirmed its a manufacturing defect and informed me that only the product will be replaced and not refunded. He said he conveyed the same to his team and they will get back me on this. I didn't hear back from Pepperfry so i called them back and the customer care representative informed that the fix is done and the ticket is closed. This came as an utter shock to me. I explained them my situation and they said they will check with warehouse team and get back to me. I called them back on 1st January 2019 and they are informing me that they have assign a new carpenter again. I am not sure how many carpenters they will keep sending. Had a worst experience shopping with pepper fry and their customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
