I have placed an order for kids cot through pepperfry on 9/12/2017 and received the product on 15/12/2017 but after receiving the cot i have noticed the seating height of the cot is barely 7 inches, hence i raised a request for refund but pepperfry guys have rejected the request saying it’s mentioned in the measurements but the height of the cot is given but not the seating height of it which is completely ambiguous and with double standards of sales. I have also decided to hand write a letter to company as well as one last attempt before going to file a complaint at consumer forum.
