I ordered a bed and mattress both bough form pepperfry on 4th April 2023. I have received the bed on 6th April and mattress on 11th April
The mattress was bigger than the bed and on the same day i reported the situation to the pepperfry customer care with photos. After that I have been asked to provide video with measuring tape and some more photos which I have provided on 13th April 2023. then I have been told my issue will be resolved in 48-72 hours.. and till today 5 days later there is nothing has been done from pepperfry or mattress vendor. on17th April I had a long call with customer representative from pepperfry who assured me she will get back to me within 24 hours. But today even I called them twice and there was no response from their side.
It is harassment and a very bad experience from pepperfry customer care, as there is no other authority board sitting in customer care who is monitoring the response. Now I would like to cancel the bed and create a new ticket for bed refund. But at the same time, I would like to put this issue in consumer court. requesting consumer care society to help in assist with the same.
