The advertised Simmons shoe cabinet had 3 compartments in each of the 3 sliding cabinets.

However after assembly mine has 1 ply missing for each of the 3 cabinets. Images attached.

Customer care is not receiving my calls and not giving me a callback either.

Unable to apply for a refund or tell pepperfry to ship the missing items.

Updated by Shouvikroy The scheduled carpenter called me up and said the missing pieces will get delivered and told me he will visit only after the pieces are delivered. No communication from pepperfry regarding delivery
