[Resolved] Pepperfry — sofa | |||
Ordered 3 seater and 2 seater sofa from pepperfry on 29th october 2018. Sofa was delivered to us on 4th november. However, the material (Polyester) mentioned in the specifications is not polyester but it is jute and very rough. When we complained to pepperfry they tell us that no it as per their specification and their vendor confirmed that. We requested them that can we speak to their vendor or they should prove us that we are wrong, they simply refused. We escalated it to next level in pepperfry through their website but no response yet. We are not using the sofa it is kept in packed form in our house, we need help in getting our money back.
