[Resolved] Pepperfry — SOS Study Table | |
Ordered a study table from Pepperfry on 13th. The delivery was scheduled to be on 21st. Got a call on 20th saying I will only get my product on 22nd, but the website still showed delivery date as 21st. Okay. On 21st night 10:30 I get an email saying I requested a later delivery and so my product will only arrive on 29th, WHICH I DID NOT REQUEST. According to the tracker, my product is already in my city. I don't understand why their service is so bad. I cannot contact them over a call since their customer care calls are only till 7 pm, but I received my mail at 10:30 pm! I have been waiting for my table for over a week and now they just change the date to their convenience and blame it on me? Horrible retailer. Do not buy from them. Was this information helpful? | |
Sep 22, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I called their customer care number which was an automated system, that did not let me register a complaint. But when I checked the tracking status of my product, I was told to expect the delivery on 22nd and I received the product. However, the application and their website still showed my delivery date as 29th. Pepperfry customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
