On 12th Feb'23 I had booked "Specchio 2 Door Wardrobe in Seasons Dark Finish by Varanda Woods" Order no.[protected]. On the morning of 27th Feb'23 I received the delivery of the wardrobe (unassembled) and in the evening a carpenter visited to assemble the product. Same day the carpenter identified that 1 part was missing and the moment he realized which part was missing he did not check the remaining parts. After multiple follow ups, I received the replacement on 14th Mar'23 and on 16th Mar'23 new carperter visited to realize that there is another part which is incorrect. Now another 3 days have gone by and I have had no proper response from the customer service team and everytime they call up, they tell me that they will get back to us in 2 - 3 days.
