[Resolved] Pepperfry — takai single bed | |||||
Bought a bed from pepperfry. While buying i had asked both the customer care and carpenter about the quality of them bed and lifetime and they both said 3-5 years etc. But within 4 months the slabs of the bed have broken. The local carpenter says that the wood was not of good quality. The refund account manager agrees to it but has denied any sort of replacement as their policy for the same is only 7 days after that they only cover lose bolts for the 12 months warranty.
