Pepperfry — Unethical cancellation charges- Cancellation charge of 2.5% even if you cancel after 5 minutes

I just placed an order on pepperfry, but because of payment issue, had to cancel it immediately within 5 mins. But to my surprise it is showing 2.5% cancellation charge, !! This is unethical to say the least and kind of cheating. Nowhere it is mentioned while placing the order about cancellation charges and in small letters mentioned in TnC. Please refund my money asap.
