Hi Team,
when i have purchased a product " Vesta study table " from pepperfry they said if any defects on the table they will replace the product.
There are huge cracks appeared last year on the table after file a complaint to customer support team they have asked to share photo and the technician visited and confirmed it is not repairable they exchange the product by the time the replacement product came to Bangalore warehouse i have went back home due to medical reasons so they have closed the case and now after asking the pepperfry team to send the replacement product to deliver they has sent technician again and technician said they will replace the product but today the customer support team has not agreed to replace instead of getting the product repaired.
The team is so unprofessional with a brand like Pepperfry. Was this information helpful? |
